To get started. First off please be aware that all lotions and oils do absorb into our skin and into our bloodstream so please only use only natural cold-pressed oils from fruit or vegetables. My go-to product is just straight high-quality olive oil. I literally use this for anything; rash, cradle cap, red spots, massages, dry skin, you name it!
