In this episode, we are speaking with Courtney Gray, a weight loss coach for women who want to lose weight permanently. In her program she uses mindset and strategy, and her clients lose weight without deprivation and giving up all the foods they love.
Courtney believes that how women feel about their body reflects out to all areas of their life. This is why, after her clients lose weight with her process, they find their whole life up levels. They feel more confident, empowered, and at peace in every area.
Courtney believes something amazing happens when women decide how they want to look and feel in their body and then they start living in a way that supports that vision. Not by going on a diet or restricting themselves to lose weight and then eventually gaining it back. This is not the way. She works with her clients to choose powerful new habits that they can implement and sustain for the rest of their lives.
Courtney’s coaching centers around mindset and self-mage. She believes that a person’s thoughts create their habits and daily routines, which create the results in their life. Courtney believes that when women learn how to intentionally think and choose what they want to believe, their life levels up in every way.
When it comes to helping her clients lose weight for the last time, Courtney believes it is an exciting, loving, and transformational process.
