I absolutely love this salad dressing. My mother introduced me to this recipe and it did not disappoint. Not only is it quick and easy to make but it’s delicious. It calls for very few ingredients and basically no clean-up! Which is my perfect kind of cooking.

Equipment Needed: small mason jar with lid or mixing bowl

Ingredients: 

¼ cup olive oil 

2 TBS Peach White Balsamic Vinegar 

1 tsp maple syrup 

1-2 cloves minced garlic

1 dash sea salt (or Himalayan salt)

1 dash cayenne pepper 

Pour on your favorite salad of choice and enjoy!
